This overview explains how to acknowledge the OASIS+ Proposal Extension Agreement in Symphony for the GSA OASIS+ request. Notifications were only sent from SAM.gov or GSA Interact.

This action is only applicable to existing offerors who submitted a timely proposal for the OASIS+ Small Business RFP by October 20, 2023. The GSA provided a fillable template letter which can be used to acknowledge this request and formally extend an offeror’s proposal validity period (i.e. offer expiration date). To respond to the notice posted on SAM.gov, offerors must take the following actions

1. Go to My Company
After logging in, users see the Dashboard (see Figure 1). Users should acknowledge the Proposal Validity Extension in My Company.

2. Go to Business Factors
- Click “Business Factors” from the menu on the left side of the screen.
- Optional: Update the "Solicitation Preference" to limit the results (see Figure 2). The feature was added after the solicitation closed and may not map all business factors to each solicitation.
- Scroll down through the Business Factors to the “Other Documents” section (see Figure 3).
