Making Changes to Team Members/CTAs

Follow these instructions to make changes to your team members in your Company Assets in Symphony. 


1. Start in My Company 

  1. Navigate to My Company and select the Team Members tab. 
  • You can view, edit, or delete Team Members from your asset library. 
  • The Team Member's name is a link for changes and review (See Figure 1).

If a Team Member’s type or SAM data is incorrect, you must delete and re-add them (See Deleting Team Members).


2. Editing the Team Member's Business Factors

You can edit the team member's business factors and change the supporting documents (See Table 1).

Removing Claims
1. Select the Team Member's Business Factor.
1. Select the Team Member's Business Factor.
2. Upload the supporting documents.
2. Un-claim the Team Member's Business Factors.
3. Certify the claim.
3. Delete the supporting documentation.
4. Save changes.
4. Close the claim.

Team Member Business Factors belong to the Team Member. 

  • Full shading for the business factors that belong to the prime appears in the My Company, Company Overview
  • After adding team members to your proposal, the proposal overview shows their business factors in half-shaded circles.

 

3. Editing the Teaming Documents

Upload or delete the supporting team member documents in your Team Member(s) documents tab (See Figure 2).  

  • A Joint Venture requires a JV agreement. 
  • A Mentor-Protege requires an SBA-approved Mentor-Protege Agreement. 
  • Subcontractors require a Subcontractor Letter of Commitment.
