Understanding the Document Library

Modified on Mon, 03 Jun 2024 at 03:48 PM

The Document Library is a read-only view of all files uploaded to Symphony in My Company or your proposal (See Figure 1).

The Document Library hierarchy lists the Prime offeror as the first Team Member (See Figure 1).

  • All other folders are considered sub-folders under the Prime. See the table below.
  • Your proposal files must remain in Symphony until submission and the solicitation deadline.

Figure 1. My Company Document Library Folder Structure

Team Members
Files include your teaming agreements and the team members’ Business Factors from My Company >Team Members.
MRCLs
Files include your MRCL agreements from My Company > MRCLs.
Projects/Past Performance
Files include supporting project documents from My Company > Projects.
Business Factors
Files only belong to the claims for the prime from My Company > Business Factors.
Submission Documents
Files are uploaded in a proposal from the Dashboard > Solicitations > Submission > Submission Documents.
Debrief
Files uploaded by the Program Office.

  • Symphony is unavailable when a solicitation deadline occurs so your assets are saved.
  • You can delete files submitted with a proposal after the solicitation deadline.
  • Changes in your Document Library after the solicitation deadline do not appear in a submitted proposal.
  • Clarification documents do not appear in the Document Library. They are kept separate to maintain the integrity of the original offer.
