Adding Business Factors

Modified on Mon, 3 Jun at 6:20 PM

To successfully add Business Factors to your Company Assets in Symphony, complete these steps:

1. Start in My Company

The Business Factors belonging to your company appear as claimed or unclaimed in the Company Overview (See Figure 1).

Business Factors include Systems, Industry Certifications, Clearances, Human Resources information, Financial Documents, and Other Documents relevant to your company assets.

The table below defines the circle shading on the Company Overview. (See Table 1)

No Shading
The factor has not been claimed.
Full Shading
The Organization submitting the proposal is claiming the factor.
Half Shading
Half shading is only shown on the Proposal Overview screen if an added Team Member claims a business factor that the Prime organization does not claim (See Offeror Support).

Table 1.

2. Select the Business Factors Tab

These Business Factors are additional assets you claim for the Prime entity and Symphony automatically adds them to your proposal.

  • The Prime Company can claim business factors from MRCLs.
  • Team Members' Business Factors appear in their section (See Symphony Team Members).
