Modified on Wed, 6 Nov at 6:28 PM

Symphony supports the following contract vehicles for contract holders

GSA   =   ASTRO      OASIS     DHA   =   HEC      MQS-NG      OMNIBUS    (Legacy) MQS

Symphony sends notifications to Contract Holders on Symphony-managed Contract Vehicles who complete these steps.

  1. Sign in to Symphony and use the My Company link in the top menu.

  2. Select the Contracts tab in the left menu.

  3. Select the Contract Number needing an update.

  4. Administrators can select the Points of Contact tab on the left menu.

  5. Enter the Distribution Email address for the company in the space Symphony provides.
    • Notifications should go to a company mailing list.
    • Using an individual account may result in missing notifications.
    • Companies manage the users on the distribution email within their own company.

  6. Enter the validation code that confirms the distribution email works (see Figure 1).
    • Symphony sends notifications to one distribution email address for Solicitations, Amendments, Orders, and Award Announcements when released/posted per Contract Award.
    • Companies with multiple contracts must provide a distribution email for each contract.

Add a distribution email address for a group account to receive Symphony notifications

Figure 1. Notifications go to the Contract Holder's Distribution Email address so validating it works is crucial.

Note: If the validation code is not received, the registrant should check their junk/spam folders, that they have been included in the distribution mailing list, and that the distribution email address is receiving external messages.
