Please read this overview to successfully understand how to use Symphony.

Step 1. Register for Symphony

Step 2. Start in My Company

Step 3. Use the Dashboard

1. Register for Symphony

You must register yourself for Symphony at the right website for the contract vehicle and set up your preferred method of Multi-factor Authentication (MFA).

2. Start in My Company

My Company is your company asset library. It is used in two ways.

  1. Solicitations
  2. Contract Management

Use the my Company link to get started

Solicitations: My Company is where you build your company asset library in advance of the submission period or in addition to it when available. Your company asset library is reusable across all of your proposal submissions which means that it is where general information belongs. The Company Overview provides a summary of your assets; such as Team Members, MRCLs, Projects/Past Performance, and Business Factors.

  • Please reference the Industry Support folder for more information on My Company.
  • Please reference the Offeror Support folder for more information on building an offer.

Contract Management: My Company is where you manage your contract award documents, Points of Contact, and notification settings for each contract you have in Symphony.

3. Use the Dashboard

When you log in to the Symphony system, the dashboard will display a user-specific dashboard for the available solicitations or orders for the eligible contract. Features of Symphony may include the following.

The Solicitations Tab

As an offeror for a contract vehicle, the solicitations tab will include the solicitation details, Q&A deadline, and the Solicitation Deadline when available

  • During the Ask Questions period, you can ask questions, view responses, and go to the SAM.gov link when enabled. Please reference How to Ask Questions and View Responses for more information.
  • When the Solicitation is open to submissions, you will be able to start, continue or view your submitted proposal by using data from the My Company link. Go to My Company first. You cannot reset or cancel a Pool submission once started.

The Program Office will only receive the proposals that you submit. Please reference How to Submit a Proposal for more information. Once submitted, the pool will display the submission date and time, with the option to view the details of it. Once the Solicitation deadline is met, all assets are frozen.

The Orders Tab

As a Contract Holder, you will have a personalized view of your Symphony dashboard upon signing in. You can use Symphony to monitor the following activities.

  • Released orders and solicitations
  • Deadlines for questions and proposals
  • Amendments
  • Awards
