Retract a submission for modifications in Symphony by following these steps.

1. View your Submission

2. Select the Submitted (View) link on the correct proposal submission (See Figure 1.1).

2. Modify your Submission

Only a SAM POC Administrator or the Open Market Proposal Manager can retract your submitted proposal (See Figure 2.1).

Your proposal will return to the Continue Your Submission state on the Dashboard.

  • You can make edits until the solicitation deadline.
  • Carefully review and resubmit before the deadline.

3. Resubmit your Offer

Only a SAM POC Administrator or the Open Market Proposal Manager can submit your proposal.

  • Users without the correct permissions will see a message advising them to contact someone else (See Administration Basics).

1. Scroll to the bottom of the Review tab when you Continue Your Submission.

2. Certify and submit your offer if you have the permissions (See Figures 3.1 and 3.2).

Once submitted, Symphony will display the submission date and time in your local time (See Figure 3.3).
