1. Enter your credentials
The homepage prompts you for your registered email address and password. Please ensure they are correct. Passwords must meet these requirements.
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- At least 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 special character
If Authentication Failed when you entered your password, first confirm that you are at the right website for the contract vehicle, then use Forgot Password to troubleshoot the issue with your registered account. Please refer to How to Reset your Password for more information.
2. Enter your Multi-Factor Authentication Code
Retrieve the corresponding code and press Authenticate to sign in to Symphony. Reference the MFA FAQ if you experience issues.
Your MFA code cannot be emailed. Your MFA method can be:

| Any other time-based mechanism of your choice |
