To add projects to Company Assets in Symphony, complete these steps:
1. Go to Projects
Start in My Company and select the Projects/Past Performance tab (See Figure 1).

2. Add a Project
The +New Project Experience button will add projects to the company assets before users start a proposal (See Figure 2).

3. Provide Project Data
New Projects are entered by filling in the fields, and following the steps relating to the Project Reference, Documents, and Details (See Figure 3). Note: Adding Team Members or MRCLs to the Company Assets before adding projects makes them available for reference as the Prime Contractor or Team Member that performed the project.

4. Upload Project Documents
When uploading project documents, use descriptive file names that explain the information contained in the documents that support the claims. Uploaded files should have annotations (“tags”). (See Symphony Tagging). Some recommended tags are listed below (See Table 1).

- Name and tag files outside Symphony.
- Simple “tags” added as comments to documents will describe the relevant project experience to make the submission process easier for users and the evaluators.
- File References will also direct the evaluators to the relevant project document.
5. Add the Core Project Details
Core Project Details are the elements that make a project eligible for a proposal and questions that do not correlate to a solicitation are optional (See Figure 4). Solicitations may ask for different configurations of this screen.

6. Review and Complete
Check the project's general information and documentation before choosing to Save and Complete the project.
- A table will display the added Projects/Past Performance
- Use the Project title as a link to review or update the general information and documentation.
7. Add Projects to a Proposal
Returning to the Dashboard and going to the Solicitations tab will allow users to add projects to a proposal submission. More questions and scoring elements are available in the Performance Factors section (See Navigating Open Market Solicitations).
