To add projects to Company Assets in Symphony, follow these steps: (An instructional video on this topic is also available at the bottom of the page).
1. Go to Projects
In My Company, select the Projects/Past Performance tab (see Figure 1).

2. Add a Project
Select the +New Project Experience button to add a project to company assets before starting a proposal (see Figure 2).

3. Provide Project Data
Enter the required information for the new project in the fields provided. Complete sections on Project Reference, Documents, and Details (see Figure 3).
Note: Adding Team Members or Meaningful Relationship Commitment Letters (MRCLs) to the Company Assets before adding projects will make them available for reference as the Prime Contractor or Team Member that performed the project.

4. Upload Project Documents
When uploading project documents, use descriptive file names that explain the information contained in the documents that support the claims.
- Uploaded files should include annotations (“tags”). (See Symphony Tagging).

Tips:
- Name and tag files outside Symphony.
- Simple “tags” added as comments to documents will describe the relevant project experience to make the submission process easier for users and the evaluators.
- File References will also direct the evaluators to the relevant project document.
5. Add the Core Project Details
Provide the Core Project Details, which establish a project's eligibility for a proposal. Optional questions may vary depending on the solicitation (see Figure 4).

6. Review and Complete
Confirm the project’s general information and documentation before selecting Save and Complete. A table will display the added Projects/Past Performance, with the project title as a link to review or update information.
7. Add Projects to a Proposal
Returning to the Dashboard and going to the Solicitations tab will allow users to add projects to a proposal submission. The Performance Factors section includes additional questions and scoring elements (see Navigating Open Market Solicitations).
