Manage your contract Points of Contact (POCs) in Symphony by following these steps:

After you log in, you will see the My Company link in the top menu of your Symphony Dashboard

  1. Go to My Company.
  2. Select the Contracts link in the left menu.
  3. Select the Contract Number that needs updating.
  4. Select the Points of Contact tab to choose registered users to assign the available roles (See Figure 1).
  5. Assign users to the Contract Manager and Program Manager role.
    • These roles can also be called COCM, COPM, CACM, or CAPM.
    • Users in these roles must have accurate contact information in their Symphony Profile (See Managing Your Contact Information).
  6. Enter and validate the Distribution email address that will receive notifications for Solicitations, Amendments, Orders, and Award Announcements.
    • If you can't validate your distribution email, please check your junk/spam folders and that the distribution email works outside of Symphony.

Symphony requires you to change all your contract POCs individually since some companies have different POCs for each contract.

  • A distribution email is required for each contract.
  • Symphony sends notifications to the distribution email address for Solicitations, Amendments, Orders, and Award Announcements when released/posted.
