Step 4. Track Unsubmitted Questions

Step 5. View Submitted Questions

1. Select the Tracking Number

The Orders tab displays all the orders you can respond to. Begin by using the Tracking # link of an order Released-Pending Questions to see more details about the order. The Q&A function is only available before the Question Deadline.

2. Select Ask Questions

When you have questions about the order, use the Ask Questions tab to send your inquiries to the Contracting Officers. Questions can be drafted, edited, reorganized, removed, and submitted at once when ready. Additionally, you can send questions multiple times but follow the warning not to identify yourself or your company in the question.

3. Add your Questions

Enter your questions in the space provided. Add a reference term for focus.  As you complete each question, Save and Add to place the item in the Unsubmitted Questions list.

4. Track Unsubmitted Questions

You can edit or delete unsubmitted questions. You can arrange the order of multiple questions by moving them up or down in the list. Also, all users in your organization can see unsubmitted questions for you to look over and edit as needed. The Contracting Officers will not see Unsubmitted Questions.

Be sure you submit your questions.

  • Questions are not sent individually but as a complete list of all your questions.
  • Acknowledgment of receipt of questions will not be made except as displayed on the questions screen.

5. View Submitted Questions

The submitted questions area is only for reference. You cannot recall a question or make any changes to it once you submit it. If and when the Contracting Officers respond, the answer displays next to your question.
